The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I recognised several from my previous visits to Falaise. This indicated to me a good retention rate of staff, usually indicative of being content and well selected for their roles.
The location is easy to find close to the main road. Comfortable room and bed. The meal in the restaurant in the evening was excellent.
The very friendly, helpful and professional staff made my wife and I feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and inviting. We stayed for 4 nights and we'll defintely come back.
Ideal stopover if you’ve arrived on the evening Brittany Ferries ferry to Caen. You can arrive at 11 and still get a beer at the bar! Friendly staff, convenient location and comfortable rooms. There are cheaper chain hotels, but the extra few euros is worth it, in my view.

We were booked in with Leger tours| Rooms were OK and clean and the staff were lovely. Only complaint was breakfast! It's got to be the worst I have ever had. Powdered scrambled egg and half cooked bacon. Every single morning. Never again. Leger tours are not much better.

Very pleasant stay, I would of liked tea and coffee and a kettle in the room, not sure if requested you would get this, otherwise I enjoyed my stay there, staff very pleasant especially Mary ( showing me how the plug goes in, as it goes in upside down ha ha)
